Awesome! Do they allow Non-US residents too? I’ve had signed up for othe programs only to find out that they don’t have any offers for Non-US residents.

Yes, they seem to allow residents from all countries (according to the signup page and other documentation on the site). I looked through their FAQ and Support Center sections again earlier tonight, and did not see anything specific that indicates how many offers are received by members of each country, but there was a general implication that advertisers had the ability to target offers by geographical location, which could affect the number of offers you receive. They also indicated that they were “expanding globally” and were planning to add more offers for non-US residents in the future.

In order to sign up, people are supposed to click on the banner to get to their home page, and then click on the “Not A Member - Join Free” button to reach the signup page. I probably should have made the link a little more obvious, but I wanted to keep a relatively clean layout and not clutter up the page too much with links or advertising.
