Making Money Online Is Not Hard If You Dig a Little Deeper

January 19th, 2012

digging-for-money.jpgThe Internet is a great place. No matter what a person does, likes or wants, the World Wide Web has almost everything in it for everyone. With that in mind, a significant crowd on the Internet is formed by the users who want to make money online. Inexperienced users generally find the process extremely tiresome, and a few even withdraw their hopes of making money online thinking that it does not work or that the whole Internet opportunity thing is a big scam. It is true that a significant percentage of online money making methods are effectively scams; however, there are also trusted, proven, and currently functioning ways to earn good money online.

My first online earning experience occurred as a big disaster when I started searching for ways to make money online a few years back. Almost everything I happened to do turned out to be scams or extremely low paying jobs with no proof of legitimacy. At times, I was on the verge of giving up. But I kept trying and trying, and now I have found some websites that I can trust.

The online money making market varies according to the preferences and aptitude of the individual user. For example, a photographer would like different ways to make money than a person who likes to write. There is a great deal of earning opportunities for online writers. I personally prefer to write whatever I know and think. So the greatest websites I have found for myself are Triond and Wikinut. They pay me half of the revenues they earn from my articles through advertisements. There are also other similar legitimate websites for writers; for example, Helium, Bukisa, Squidoo, Hubpages, and many more. For experienced writers, some websites worth looking into are Infobarrel, Demand Studios, and Textbroker. Most of these sites pay on a per word basis.

For people who do not want to do complex thinking or other such jobs and who also like social networking, they may want to join Mypage5, Lockerz, and Mylot. However, to join Mylot, one must be a resident of the United States. These websites simply pay for watching videos, commenting, uploading pictures, and other similar tasks. For photographers, probably Shutterpoint is the best. There are many websites where good photos can be sold for a decent amount of money. Also, users who are not professional photographers can upload photos on Triond and earn some small amounts of money.

For others who want a variety of jobs, Amazon Mechanical Turk or Mturk is the best place to go. There are also other similar sites like Microworkers. The best advice I can give you from my experience is not to trust any website that requires money to join, as almost all of them are scams. Also, avoid works such as paid to read e-mails and taking surveys because they are rarely trustable and because the payouts are horrible.

Do not hope to become a millionaire by doing simple online jobs. It is not impossible to become wealthy with the Internet, but it will require much more dedication and knowledge in areas like blogging, website development, and most importantly, SEO or search engine optimization. You will also need to have great content to offer. But whatever that may be, keep unfolding the beautiful opportunities on the Internet. There will be times when you will be betrayed and feel really heartbroken, but do not give up. Continue fighting, and success will be yours in the long run.
